About LAFF
The largest African cultural event in French-speaking Switzerland
LAFF (Lausanne Afro Fusions Festival), the largest African cultural event in French-speaking Switzerland, has celebrated the diversity and richness of African cultures since 2016 through live music, dance workshops, gastronomy, crafts, fashion, comedy, talks and more.
Held every year between mid and late August, the festival brings together musicians, artists, speakers, exhibitors and public and private partners for a wide range of activities on the Esplanade and inside the Casino de Montbenon.

Every year, LAFF celebrates African cultural diversity by creating spaces where communities from different backgrounds can meet and share through music, dance workshops, talks, books, crafts, fashion, comedy and gastronomy.
